TO QUALIFY:

• Filipino Citizen or local resident foreigners
• Principal Cardholder must be at least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old
• Minimum gross annual income must be: – Php120,000
• Must have a residence landline or postpaid mobile phone and business landline
• Residence or business address must be within coverage area

REQUIREMENTS:

For employee:

If NO existing credit card submit:

1. Application form – find attached
2. Itr 2316 yr 2010 – with complete signatures OR original LATEST COE stating breakdown of compensation
3. 2 valid id photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures (Card type)
4. Applicant with existing cancelled credit card not qualified

If WITH existing credit card (at least 1 year) submit:

1. Application form – find attached
2. Latest SOA of existing credit and face of credit card
3. 2 valid id photocopy front and back with 3 specimen signatures (Card type)
4. Existing credit card must not exceed 80% of existing credit limit

For Self-Employed:

submit both:

• Latest ITR

• Audited Financial Statements

If Local Resident Foreigner, submit any one of the following:

• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

• Visa and Work Permit

• For diplomat or embassy personnel, visa and embassy certification are required.

• For expatriates employed in the Top 1,000 corporations, Certificate of Employment stating salary and tenure are required.

Note:

Applicant with previous application (within 6 mos.) with Eastwest bank credit card or Eastwest bank personal loan will not be process.
